RETURN POLICY

Item must be unworn, unwashed, or defective to warrant an issue for a return or exchange within 14 days of the shipping date.

If the item was bought in store, the item should be returned with receipt 14 days from the date purchased.

Refund will only be available in the form of store credit which will never expire.

This credit will be sent in the form of a coupon code to the email address used to check out online or in-store as a gift card.

Coupon codes may not apply to past purchases.

If item is defective please email within 48 hours upon receiving with picture of defected item.

Pack all return items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. All shoes must be returned in the original box/packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping is non-refundable.

Returns are processed within 5-9 business days upon arrival back to us.
